Edna Najeal and the individuals behind her are belligerent. MGA GAHIG ULO.

Yesterday, April  15, they forcibly entered the COWD IGM office and took possession of documents that are considered vital and important to the company and the legal cases filed against Najael et. al. There are too many anomalous actions which Najael and company are deathly afraid of, including questionable transactions which have been uncovered by the Interim Management, thus they are exerting force to secure themselves.

Let it be stressed that the  court decision by Hon. Jeoffre W. Acebido,  directing the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) to cease and desist from implementing Resolution No. 34, Series of 2024, of the LWUA Board of Trustees is NOT FINAL AND EXECUTORY. We are supposed to be in status quo and LWUA is still the rightful authority to take lead in COWD until  a  FINAL  JUDGMENT  is  handed.  This  intervention  is  a  mandate  of  the  National Government that we need to fulfill to ensure that Kagay-anons will not again suffer due to the mismanagement and incompetence of Najeal and the set-aside Board.

I repeat. We are in Status Quo. Najael’s and her groups actions are illegal. I will make sure they will understand this, legally, mentally and absolutely.
