This 2022, two of the most sought TV stations ABS-CBN and GMA-7 continue to create fantasy and drama series that represent elements- air, water, and fire on earth, these are Darna, Lolong, and Apoy sa Langit.
AIR: Darna’s first fly has seen in its pilot episode on August 15, 2022 in ABS-CBN primetime. The female superhero known by every generation as an embodiment of heroism and compassion, replaced the seven-year successful run of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. Mars Ravelo’s action-drama TV series include fresh faces and actors led by Jane De Leon, playing Darna, Joshua Garcia, Darna’s love interest and a police officer named Brian Robles, Zaijian Jaranilla as the sidekick Ding, and Janella Salvador as the supervillain Valentina.
According to Blueprint.ph online data showed that Darna gained an engagement score of 1,540,440.6 and reaction count of 10,781,974, with various like, love, and wow reactions from its followers and viewers. Its heart reacts of 4,011,928 showed public’s support to the comic-series show. Since its pilot episode, Darna has a post count of 4,122 and comments of 313, 662, meaning more and more people are getting hooked.

SANGGRE OF WATER: Lolong makes a huge splash in Philippine Television after its pilot episode on July 4, 2022, replacing First Lady. The TV series aired in GMA-7 led by Ruru Madrid earned warm praises for its well-written storyline, fresh, and powerhouse cast. Lolong also stars Shaira Diaz, Arra San Agustin, Christopher de Leon, Jean Garcia, Bembol Roco, Malou de Guzman, Rochelle Pangilinan, Paul Salas, Marco Alcaraz, Mikoy Morales, and Maui Taylor. Lolong grows up in a rural village and develop friendship with Dakila, the giant crocodile character in the series.

SANGGRE OF FIRE: Apoy sa langit blazed the afternoon prime of GMA-7 in its premiere last May 2, 2022 after Eat Bulaga. The epic tale of second chances at love and marriage showed the professionalism of its powerful cast such as Maricel Laxa, Zoren Legaspi, Mikee Quintos, Lianne Valentin, and Mariz Rickets, among others. Directed by Laurice Guillen, Apoy sa Langit remained blazing with tension and intense drama that got their online viewers hooked with engagement scores of 295,602.2 and total reactions of like, love, wow, and angry of 2,459,809. Compared to the two shows, it has the highest angry reacts of 15,555 and heart reacts of 300,191. The intense show got 461 post counts with comments of 59,363 and shares of 43,685. Darna topped Lolong and Apoy sa Langit in online presence and feels.
