CREDIT CARD, BANK DETAILS, AND PAYMENT GATEWAYS
Popbitsph will never ask for your credit or debit card details and we advise our users to not enter their credit or debit cards details on this website or by submitting such details in any other form on popbitsph.com. However users have the options to submit their bank details to redeem their points. Payout/Redemption is also available via Paypal
INCOME DISCLAIMER
Community activities by all means does not imply employment or income. However Popbitsph at its own discretion do offer rewards/incentives to members for participating in online events. Further Popbitsph is not bound to provide its members with regular source of income.
POINTS, REDEMPTION, EXCHANGE RATE AND FEES
Popbitsph does not collect any fees for community membership and participation, however members may incur transaction fees during monetization/redemption that may be charged by third party payment gateways.
Currently the minimum required points for redemption is set at 500 point and is equivalent to 500 PHP. Popbitsph reserve the right to amend these conditions without prior notice to its members. Likewise Popbitsph also reserve the right to discontinue if necessary the point-redemption activity at any given time without prior notice.

- a) All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, articles, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Popbitsph or otherwise used by Popbitsph as permitted by law.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Popbitsph and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Pinoy Survey arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
