Taylor Swift directed crew members to hand out water at Eras Tour concert in Brazil after fans chanted in the sweltering heat

  • Before her set, , local firefighters said about 1,000 fans fainted due to the heat at the show. In total, there were about 60,000 people at the concert, the outlet reported.

    Other concertgoers vomited and experienced “severe dehydration,” per the outlet.

    Brazil’s soaring heat is the latest weather-related incident that Swift has experienced while on tour. On November 10, the artist postponed one of her shows in Argentina, citing “truly chaotic” weather.

    “I’m never going to endanger my fans or my fellow performers and crew,” Swift wrote on X.
