The full Fortnite OG update schedule has been revealed, and now we know when Season 7 is set to begin, along with the rest of the major updates to set to come over the following weeks.
Fortnite has come full circle with the return of the OG map, meaning there are classic landing spots for players to visit and new activities like finding Gnome locations. But it doesn’t stop there, as older content from past seasons is set to be slowly unvaulted as part of Fortnite OG. You can learn more about the schedule below.
When does Season 7 start?
According to the official website, Season 7 of Fortnite OG is set to begin on November 16, which also coincides with the release of Season 8 content.
Subtitled the seasons of ‘Chill and Treasure‘, Season 7 and 8 will see the return of the snow biome on the map and the Frosty Flights POI.
Players will also get to enjoy weapons from the past like the Flint-Knock Pistol, Minigun, and Quad Launcher, while items like the Poison Dart Trap, Itemized Glider Redeploy, and Buried Treasure will be unvaulted.
One of my personal favourite vehicles, the X-4 Stormwing, will also be returning for players who enjoy taking to the skies to earn their Victory Royales.
