A Social media scan conducted by Blueprint.PH showed that ADOBO is the most loved Filipino food.
With the top reaction and engagement score, Adobo garnered more than 93k love reactions. Adobo (chicken/pork) is a classic Filipino dish that’s as savory as it is bright with acid, and it goes perfectly with a large platter of garlic fried rice.
In second place for Most Loved Filipino dish is SINIGANG.
Sinigang is a Filipino soup cooked with pork. Serve with rice and for additional sauce, use soy or fish sauce. If you want to, you can add what Filipinos call gabi, which is a small taro root and when peeled they look like potatoes. You can add five to six of them when you add the water and make sure they are cooked through. Take them out when they are cooked because they can get too soft.

In third place is KARE-KARE.
Kare-kare has people torn time and again. Some people claim that kare-kare has historical roots to “Curry”.
Kare-kare is far from simple. Its main ingredient is the Oxtail. Some prefer to categorize variations of kare-kare such as seafood or vegetable only as well. However, the Filipino Bokchoy, Banana Blossom, Eggplant and String beans are a must in this recipe. It can be combined with other meat ingredients like Pork hocks or whatever the cook prefers to add.

In fourth place is what some call a soul food for Filipinos: TINOLA.
Tinola is actually an easy, one-pot soup from the Philippines. Chicken, chayote, squash (or papaya!), Filipino bok choy, and spinach are simmered with fresh ginger in a savory broth that’s often served with white rice.
Whenever relatives are sick, an aunt/lola/whoever cooks in the family would send over this chicken soup.

In last place on this list is CALDERETA.
The internet is torn on this one.
